RanchlandMTX - Chapter 11 DIP Terms

FuturHealth filed a motion seeking interim and final approval of a $5 million new-money priming DIP facility from Twelve Bridge Capital, with $1.5 million available upon entry of the interim order and the remaining $3.5 million conditioned on the final order and an executed, lender-acceptable stalking-horse asset purchase agreement that remains in effect. The facility is priced at 14% PIK interest with a $500,000 commitment fee, a 5% funding fee and a 7% exit fee, and maturing 120 days after the petition date.
