Business Description

Online Stores PA LLC ("OLS"), together with its parent NMR Enterprises NJ LLC ("NMR") (collectively, the "Debtors"), is a Pennsylvania-based eCommerce business that sells affordable consumer goods, including home décor, holiday and celebration products (flags, flagpoles), personal protective equipment, safety clothing and footwear, candy and tea, chimney pipe, LED bulbs, and other everyday household items.

For the calendar year ended December 31, 2025, OLS generated sales in excess of $30 million.

As of the Petition Date, OLS employed approximately 37 full-time employees, comprising both hourly, non-exempt workers eligible for overtime pay and salaried, exempt staff compensated on a fixed basis. The Debtors also engage the services of approximately 15 independent contractors.


Corporate History

NMR Enterprises NJ LLC is a New Jersey limited liability company and the sole member of OLS, which is a Pennsylvania limited liability company. Both entities are owned, directly or indirectly, by Aharon Michael Rosenberg, who serves as the sole member of NMR and the Chief Executive Officer of OLS.

Operations Overview

OLS operates a multi-channel eCommerce business, selling consumer goods through five proprietary websites and several major online marketplaces. The Company manufactures a portion of its product offerings and sources additional inventory from third-party vendors.

Warehousing and Fulfillment

OLS relies on 3PL Pro's LLC ("3PL") for warehousing, inventory management, and order fulfillment services. 3PL stores, manages, picks, packs, and ships substantially all of the Debtors' merchandise from its facility located at 2201 Green Lane, Unit #9, Levittown, Pennsylvania 19057.

Customer Programs and Payment Processing

The Debtors offer various return and exchange policies standard in the eCommerce industry, designed to promote customer satisfaction and preserve the goodwill of the business.

Cash Management and Liquidity

The Debtors maintain a centralized cash management system to collect and disburse funds, pay financial obligations, monitor corporate funds, and comply with financing agreement requirements. An in-house accounting department oversees the system and manages all collection and disbursement activity.
